• Refunds for printed materials are considered on a case-by-case basis. ​ We do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

• In case of a defective or damaged product, please share a video of the package received and contact us at tangerinemag.art@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the item and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund.​
